MR062ME Training and Laboratory Test Bench With Load Brake and Shaft Speed Controller for Fault Investigation of Various Mechanical Gears University Equipment Learnlab Teaching Set Training 1. Equipment introduction 1.1 Overview The training laboratory stand is available for practical courses in subjects such as mechanical parts, technical machinery, service, repair/assembly, vibration diagnostics and more. The stand includes V-belt and gear pulley sets, chain drive sprockets, V-belts and wedge sprockets. The workbench includes multiple sets of V-belts and gear drive pulleys, chain drive sprockets, chains, gears, different types of eccentric sleeves, and fixed sleeves. The table is equipped with a magnetic particle brake that generates the required force in the mechanical gears. The use of the booth allows students to familiarize themselves with the design of mechanical gears, bearing units, couplings, fastening bushings, electric drives with frequency converters and the application of structural contours. Develop practical skills in the assembly of belts, chains and gears, clamping bushings, and bearing units. A set of eccentric bushings with an eccentricity of 0.2/0.5 mm can simulate pulley and gear mounting, shaft misalignment imperfections. A set of weights can simulate different values of shaft imbalance. The accompanying measurement tools (digital calipers and clock micrometer on magnetic mount) enable students to develop skills in checking installation correctness, shaft alignment and parallelism, and axial and angular misalignment control. 1.2 Features This workbench allows the study of mechanical gear operation in idle mode and under different speed loads. In order to conduct vibration measurement training and master technical diagnosis skills of mechanical defects, the bearing unit of the bracket is provided with MM5 threaded holes for mounting vibration sensors using studs or screws. The stand can model various mechanical imperfections (imbalances, eccentricities, nuisances, skew, wear, localized surface defects, etc.) of gears, belt and chain drives, couplings, rolling bearings. 2.
