Through this trainer, students can master the structure of hydraulic components, hydraulic circuit control theory, hydraulic circuit design, and the hands-on ability of hydraulic trainers.
This trainer is flexible and students can design their own hydraulic circuits.

Compatible with all commonly used hydraulic components: Each hydraulic component is equipped with a mounting plate, which can be easily and freely placed in the aluminum alloy hydraulic component on the panel (aluminum alloy structure with "T" groove on the panel). The oil ring adopts a quick-change joint; it is easy to disassemble and assemble, and there is no leakage. Through this set of practical training equipment, you can conduct hydraulic control circuits and their corresponding basic application experiments. Component 1: Double-acting hydraulic cylinder

Purpose: Double-acting cylinder actuator is the main output device of hydraulic motion system, which can convert liquid pressure into fast and controllable linear motion or force to drive the load.
Component 2: Throttle valve

Purpose: The throttle valve controls the flow of liquid through the valve by changing the flow area of the valve port. When the liquid passes through the throttle port, the flow rate increases and the pressure decreases. According to the Bernoulli equation, the change in liquid speed is related to the change in pressure. Therefore, the throttle valve can accurately adjust the movement speed of hydraulic actuators (such as hydraulic cylinders or hydraulic motors) to achieve precise control of the flow rate.
