1. Product Introduction
1.1 Product Description

Master the principles of air conditioning refrigeration, heating and pipe connection. Split air conditioners are a type of air conditioner, consisting of indoor units and outdoor units, which are installed indoors and outdoors respectively, and connected in the middle by pipes and wires.
Split air conditioners are air conditioners that are divided into indoor units and outdoor units. The compressors and axial fans with relatively high noise are placed in the outdoor unit; the electrical control circuit components and indoor heat exchangers and other indispensable indoor parts are installed in the indoor unit; we call this type of air conditioner consisting of indoor units and outdoor units a split air conditioner.
The design of this training device is used to achieve the teaching purpose, so that students can understand the characteristics of ground source heat pump air conditioning refrigeration and heating, and study the specific operation and working principle of ground source heat pump air conditioning refrigeration and heating.
1.2 Product Features
(1) The training table adopts an aluminum chassis frame structure. The tabletop reduces the overall weight of the equipment while ensuring the overall strength of the equipment. There are 4 universal wheels installed at the bottom, which can be easily moved.
(2) The refrigeration cycle pipeline is laid on the equipment installation plate, and the high and low temperature zones are painted in different colors for easy observation and distinction.
(3) The condensate water circulation is laid using plastic hoses, which have good corrosion resistance and weather resistance, and are easy and quick to replace.
(4) The equipment has a good safety protection system. High and low pressure protection switches are installed in the refrigeration cycle. When the system pressure is abnormal, the compressor can be stopped immediately to protect the compressor and system safety; the electrical circuit is installed with a leakage protection switch, an emergency stop button and reliable grounding protection measures to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.
(5) The indoor and outdoor units of the air conditioner are installed up and down to facilitate observation of the operation.
